We offer different options according to your needs
This formula includes an exhibition area of approximately 5 to 6 m², a table and two chairs, a 220 V electrical outlet and lighting. Buffet catering for 2 lunches, participation in the evening and access to the conference room are included for 2 people.
This formula includes a standing dining table + high chair with the possibility of putting a roll up. For 1 or 2 people depending on the chosen formula, including the 2 lunchtime buffets, access to the conference room and the friendly evening.
The conditions for participation as an exhibitor are indicated in the reservation form for standard stand and “mini-stand” above.
The lecture sessions will be of the order of an hour and a half and during the breaks the exhibitors will be visited by the listeners. Of course, throughout the day, visitors not attending the conferences will roam freely among you.
Buffets for coffee breaks and meals are arranged at several points in the exhibition hall, so that all visitors are distributed among the stands. You will not be able to “miss” people!
