The conditions for participation as an exhibitor are indicated in the reservation form above.
The lecture sessions will be of the order of an hour and a half and during the breaks the exhibitors will be visited by the listeners.
Of course, throughout the day, visitors not attending the conferences will roam freely among you.
Buffets for coffee breaks and meals are arranged at several points in the exhibition hall, so that all visitors are distributed among the stands.
You will not be able to “miss” people!
